Ann Fitzpatrick serves as Chief Human Resources Officer of Baylor Genetics, bringing more than 25 years of experience as an HR executive and business leader with a track record of developing collaborative and inclusive cultures and leading organizational change.
Ann received her bachelor’s degree in political science and her master’s degree in organizational development from Boston University, Massachusetts. Prior to joining Baylor Genetics, Ann served as a global Vice President of Human Resources at Boston Scientific Corporation where she delivered HR strategies and capabilities for four global executives and their functions. Most recently, Ann was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ProtaGene, a boutique contract resource organization supporting the pharmaceutical and biotech Industry.
Furthermore, Ann has previously held key HR leadership roles in the hospitality and hospital industries, providing support to diverse workforces to help evolve HR services.
