Insurance Plans

Baylor Genetics partners with a broad range of commercial and government insurance providers. However, in-network status may vary by plan type, location, and insurance product. We recommend that patients and healthcare providers confirm network participation with the health plan before services are provided.

Please note that being in-network does not guarantee coverage — some plans may require prior authorization, a letter of medical necessity, and/or other documentation. For the most accurate coverage details, refer to your specific health plan’s medical policy.
