Gina Anderson serves as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations at Baylor Genetics and has over 20 years of experience. Gina is an experienced commercial and business development leader with a progressive career history in both start up and world-leading biotech, diagnostic, and pharmaceutical companies.

Prior to joining Baylor Genetics, Gina held various leadership positions where she helped drive sales with a focus on enterprise, channel, and healthcare client bases. In addition, Gina has successfully developed and executed strategies to build major brands in the diagnostics, devices, and pharmaceuticals sectors.

Furthermore, Gina previously held key commercial roles spanning sales, marketing, commercial operations, learning and development, and business development at various companies including Cytovale, Stratify Genomics, Invitae, and Pfizer. During her early professional career, Gina specialized in leading teams with a focus on forming strategic alliances and developing programs that add value to organizations and customer relationships.
