Linda Ballard serves as the Chief People Officer at Baylor Genetics. With nearly 20 years of experience, Linda oversees human resource (HR) initiatives that drive company culture, employee engagement, and business performance.

Prior to joining Baylor Genetics, Linda held leadership roles across private equity-backed healthcare organizations, where she led HR transformations, mergers and acquisitions, compensation structures, and diversity initiatives. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at FrontPoint Healthcare, where she built critical HR infrastructure and spearheaded workforce development across multiple disciplines, including home health, hospice, and global operations.

Her previous roles include CHRO at Behavioral Health Group and Vice President of HR at U.S. Anesthesia Partners, where she successfully scaled organizations through strategic acquisitions, employee engagement programs, and operational efficiencies.

Linda received her PhD from the University of Pheonix, her MS and MBA from Amberton University, and her BA from University of Texas at Dallas.
