Prior to joining Baylor Genetics, Scott held leadership roles at PathGroup, 3M, Quest Diagnostics, Hill-Rom, and GE Healthcare, where he directed large operational teams and led nationwide lab operations, logistics, customer service, procurement, and continuous improvement programs. He has delivered multimillion-dollar efficiencies, streamlined turnaround times, and implemented enterprise Lean transformations to support rapid organizational growth.
