Scott Jeffers serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Baylor Genetics. With over 30 years of experience, Scott oversees initiatives that drive operational efficiency, service performance, and scalable growth.

Prior to joining Baylor Genetics, Scott held leadership roles at PathGroup, 3M, Quest Diagnostics, Hill-Rom, and GE Health-care, where he directed large operational teams and led nationwide lab operations, logistics, customer service, procurement, and continuous improvement programs. He has delivered multimillion-dollar efficiencies, streamlined turnaround times, and implemented enterprise Lean transformations to support rapid organizational growth.

Scott received his MPAM from the University of West Florida and his BS from Concordia College.
