Test Discontinuations Memorandum – Cancer

All Product Updates

Effective November 29, 2017 in a continuing effort to optimize our offerings, these changes will be made.

The following test code(s) will be discontinued:
  • Cancer Chromosomal Microarray Analysis – 400K CGH/SNP Array Test code (TC 9510)
  • Alternative test(s): CytoScan HD SNP Array (TC 9515) and 180K CGH/SNP Array (TC 9505)
    Transition period:
  • If an order for Cancer Chromosomal Microarray Analysis – 400K CGH/SNP Array (TC 9510) is submitted, a member of our Client Relations Division will contact the client on how to proceed with alternative testing.
