Session Description: As genomic testing expands across the care continuum, clinicians are seeking new ways to uncover information beyond the reach of standard approaches. In prenatal care, this includes moving beyond traditional cytogenetic and exome-based testing toward genome-first strategies. In neonatal and postnatal settings, it includes expanding beyond genome sequencing through complementary technologies that provide additional genomic and functional insights.

This session explores how reimagining genomic approaches can expand diagnostic evaluation across the care continuum. These approaches may help reveal clinically relevant findings that may be missed through conventional testing in a more timely manner.
