Our Client Services team is available Monday – Friday 8 am – 6 pm CST. Our Sample Management division is open to receive samples Monday – Saturday 8 am -7 pm.
Typically, Baylor Genetics follows the FedEx schedule to ensure that if FedEx is delivering packages, we have someone on-site to receive the package.
