Our board-certified laboratory genetic counselors are available to help answer any clinical questions or testing inquiries from Monday – Friday between 8 am and 6 pm CST. These requests must be received from the ordering physician or a genetic professional. For urgent matters, please call 1.800.411.4363 and our Customer Experience Specialists will provide assistance.
