Rachel Klein serves as Chief Delivery Officer at Baylor Genetics and has over 20 years of experience in genetics and healthcare. In this role, Rachel is responsible for designing the overall customer experience strategy, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Rachel earned her master’s degree in human genetics from Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, NY, and is a licensed genetic counselor in New Jersey. Additionally, she served as the past-president, president, president-elect, and at-large member for the Human Genetics Association of New Jersey, Inc. Prior to joining Baylor Genetics, Rachel held leadership roles with GeneDx and OPKO Health’s BioReference Laboratories. During her tenure, she oversaw the genetic counseling and client services teams and collaborated with marketing, payer relations, and revenue cycle management to leverage technology solutions to improve business processes and service operations.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, entertaining, and volunteering for various charitable causes.
