Chan serves as Vice President of Commercial Operations leading the Brand and Marketing, Product, Sales, and Client Support teams. In his free time, he collaborates with the VP of Technology to improve the customer experience through digital platforms. Chan comes to Baylor Genetics with 20 years of experience in marketing, advertising, brand development, design, and commercialization serving clients in hospitality, healthcare, technology, automotive, and agriculture. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids at Yogurtland or the nearest boba tea spot. He’s an advocate of ping pong, t-shirts and kicks, food and music at work, and believes good culture keeps good company.
