Send outs to and reporting performed by other laboratories (such as viral studies and NIPT) may be affected by those laboratories’ holiday schedules and the FedEx holiday schedule. NIPT specimens must arrive within five days of collection to the NIPT laboratory. Please schedule patients and sample shipments to Baylor Genetics accordingly.
Local Houston-area clients may contact Client Services at 1.800.411.4363 to arrange a stat pickup of a particular specimen or to move up a regular pickup if all procedures are complete.
